This journey began in defense of the maker, those that bring to light from darkness, an idea. Our inspiration comes from memory, of travels we’ve taken - it is the thread that helps us bind our creation. Wolf’s is the laboratory where inspiration turns to creation, creation is stitched into a form that when examined takes guests on the creators' journey of exploration. But the quest to create comes not for the supplication of an audience, but for the continual introspective pursuit of pushing the boundaries of what we know as possible.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel extremely welcome and invited us back to their reopening after remodel. If you have a chance to grab their brunch before they close for remodel, do so! Manny was a tremendous server. Seek him out if you can.

The team at BRUTØ went above and beyond to create a special dining experience for us. After some flight nightmares, we arrived straight from the airport, luggage in tow. They helped us with our bags, stored them, and had two glasses of sparkling waiting to help wash away the stress. What followed was a fantastic meal with a distinct culinary ethos. Anyone with an interest in fermentation, preservation, and zero-waste cooking will find much to appreciate. The mixed beverage pairing was equally creative, thoughtful, and memorable. Overall, an extraordinary experience!

Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.
