Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Cary

Little bit of a wait due to Valentine’s Day. Waiter was excellent steak was cooked perfectly spinach was delicious and a great deal on v day dinner. Manager apologized for the wait as they were overbooked still a 5 star experience!

We enjoyed an incredible valentine's day omakase menu. The flavors of each dish were well balanced with contrasting textures. I'm not a big fan of sorbet, but the Kiwi sorbet that we had last night was insanely good. Unfortunately the dishes were served too fast last night. We had all 5 courses and drinks in just under 1 hour. That wasn't our experience in the past when we dined here, so we don't expect it's a usual occurrence. We can't wait to return to M Test Kitchen for our next date night.

I love me and my partner experience from beginning to the end. It was our first time eating there and Ruth Chris made it an enjoyable and memorable experience. The atmosphere and ambiance is very smoothing and relaxing. We were greeted with smiles and wished us Happy Anniversary warmly. The service was top notch and intentive (I'm sorry forgot our waiter name but she was amazing and helpful). I would definitely recommend the spicy salmon and shrimp to anyone along the cream spinach. My partner loved the lobster mac and cheese and calamari. Our drinks were great but mindful if drinking because it can be on the stronger end so think about your tolerance level before indulging too much. I definitely will say this was a 10/10 experience!

We drove an hour to enjoy our Valentines dinner here and had a fantastic time. The setting was quiet and upscale. The food was amazing and everyone who helped us was friendly and professional. Our main server, Matthew, did his job to perfection. He was friendly, helpful and patient. I saw him watching us as he made his way around the room helping other diners, then approached us when he sensed we needed something, were ready to make our next order, or prepare the food we had not finished to take home. Third visit made us want to return more frequently. Thanks to Rem, Matthew and the whole tan for making this a memorable experience!

Chef Greene has designed an intriguing experience that brings unique flavors and presentations to the entire meal. The service is excellent with the team knowledge of the dishes and the flow of the evening. Heron’s space exudes class and refinement.
