Much of our concept is based around the heirloom corn of Mexico. We import four types of corn from a collective of heirloom farms in Mexico in order to provide the best product we can. We process this corn from raw and turn it into masa for dishes all across our menu, like our Sope, Tamal, and of course, Tortillas. There is a saying in Mexico that we live by at Fonda Fora: "Sin maiz no hay pais," meaning without corn, there is no country. Maiz is the lifeblood of Mexican cuisine, and we are excited to present it to you as it should be.

First time for all 4 of us. Loads of naturally Gluten Free options. Our server suggested we share dishes from each menu category so that we experience all the flavors so we tried PAPRI CHAAT (with the crispy naan topping on the side so to be GF) CHUTNEY TASTER MALAI CHICKEN BEEF BOTI KEBAB ZARREIN'S PRAWNS PHULKOPI'R DALNA BASMATI We enjoyed all of the dishes as they were so tasty. Our favorite chutney was the mango. Also served a side of raiti(yogurt with chili oil) so good. Would definitely recommend

My fourth time dining here and it continues to impress on all fronts. Was out for a girls night with a friend and our daughters - the kids menu was great, and our entree and experience was superb. Kids had spaghetti, salmon, and chicken fingers off the menu, we had the beef tartare, the chateau Briand with Brussels sprouts and risotto. The beef was exceptional. Great service and environment altogether. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant and the hotel as a whole. 10/10!

We ordered Christmas dinner for 5 people from Yellow Door. Pick up was seamless, portions were generous and the food was absolutely delicious. The reheating instructions were flawlessly outlined and all courses turned out perfectly. We doubt we’ll make Christmas dinner again. Compliments to the chef(s)! Thank you for ensuring a stressless Christmas Day!
