Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Wyoming

If you like great food and great service, you can’t beat the Whistling Grizzly. Our server Jean-Paul always remembers us and is the last of a dying breed of professionals who are classically trained in the art of restaurant service. I remember when I was young back in the 70s/80s when it was a little more common to receive such stellar service. Those days are all but behind us for the most part, but not at the Whistling Grizzly. We’ve been waited on by one or two other servers here and they too are very professional. And the food is always amazing. This restaurant may not be on top of a mountain or on the Town Square, but what its location may lack is made up for by the stellar service and amazing and imaginative menu options. I’ve never heard anyone say anything bad about this restaurant because there’s nothing bad about it. Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did.

The nenu is compact and limited, but adequate for JH fine dining. The presentations were excellent and the flavors bold on the frisee salad and the duck. The service was great, attentive and very professional. Unfortunately, they weren’t serving any lamb concoctions, so this diner was dissalpointed. My consort loved the apple cake dessert and declared it the dish of the night. Albiet very pricey, we will go back, because all good fine dining in JH is very pricey.he restaurant was mostly empty by 8:00pm so it was very quiet

Wild game stew is excellent. Eat some fine food and then view the art gallery. Exquisite

This is a gem in Teton Village. A new restaurant with a great vibe. Nice bar, comfortable seating. Staff is very polite and provides great service. Nice menu offerings, pork belly app is a must. Very flavorful food, large portions and good value. Drinks were great as well. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!
