Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Marpole

So good, I went twice in a week! If you are looking to eat, go anywhere, but if you are looking for a true food experience, ELEM is it. Upon entering the restuarant, the vibes, the sounds, the different rooms, the food, the drinks..represent the concept, all the elements! Yes, it may be pricey, but if you want creative cocktails, well thought out food, and hospitality and service that understand and combine all the elements for a food experience that you can't find else where, ELEM is it!

Excellent food! We enjoyed every single dish we ordered. For our party of 7, the dishes that came out to be the favourites were the pomelo salad, steak salad, shrimp toast, and crab fried rice. Great service from their staff too!

Excellent menu, using quality ingredients, full of freshness, flavour, and creative esthetic, served by knowledgeable, skilled staff, and expertly led by an engaging, talented, humorous and humble, Chef Tojo.
