Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. Like many I read the recent Washington Post review and was intrigued. We were going to a play at nearby Studio Theater and this really worked well. Wonderful experience! Loved the decor. The service was outstanding. It just felt very comfortable. Excellent draft beer choices and the food was great. I don’t think you can make a bad choice. Yes, the duck, and the Brussels sprouts. Dessert was great too. Can’t wait to try again.

This was a great experience. From the time we walked in until we left the staff were considerably, attentive, and extremely nice. The energy is inviting. The open kitchen was a nice addition to the experience filling the room with warmth. The menu was clearly designed with deep thought and intention. Would highly recommended.

This place is a hidden gem!! Their menu is so Lebanese-comprehensive along with lots of interesting international bits thrown in. Affogato! Delicious and quick service. If this place had a more central location it would be mobbed.
