Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Granville Island

Best food that I have had in Vancouver during this visit. I had the beef tenderloin and it was fantastic. Service was great. Ambience: noise level a little high. Background music should be lowered.

So good, I went twice in a week! If you are looking to eat, go anywhere, but if you are looking for a true food experience, ELEM is it. Upon entering the restuarant, the vibes, the sounds, the different rooms, the food, the drinks..represent the concept, all the elements! Yes, it may be pricey, but if you want creative cocktails, well thought out food, and hospitality and service that understand and combine all the elements for a food experience that you can't find else where, ELEM is it!

This is a quaint little place with a large heart. The service and food were outstanding. This was our first time going to this wonderful restaurant but it sure won't be the last..

Great atmosphere with good food and service. Sat in the bar area and that was very nice.

Excellent menu, using quality ingredients, full of freshness, flavour, and creative esthetic, served by knowledgeable, skilled staff, and expertly led by an engaging, talented, humorous and humble, Chef Tojo. We loved your Chef and the Daruma omakase, as well as your documentary film of the same name at VIFF. Many thanks! We will be back.
