Cuisine Restaurant is a student operated advanced training facility for MATC's Culinary Arts program. The restaurant allows students to gain practical experience in a high-end culinary environment.     A great before concert dinner. The appetizers were delicious, and the Quail with grits, outstanding. We ended with a delicious puff pastry fill with custard. Always a pleasure to see Chef Greg leading the team.

    We were at The Social as part of MKE downtown dining. The elote soup and the arugula salad were both very good. I was there with a party of four. We each had a different one of the entrees and we all pronounce them very good. I was surprised however that the sloppy joe sliders were actually better than the buttermilk chicken sliders. For dessert most of us had the Strawberry Shortcake and of course that was good too. Overall a very pleasant dining experience and the service was very good also.

    Everything was great from the waiters to the food. Food portions were just right. Having 4 choices for the appetizer as well as the entree would suit any tastebuds. This was my first time eating a MATC Cuisine and will be coming back.
