I had a delightful afternoon tea at Betty's Tea Room that exceeded all expectations. The ambiance was charming, with elegant decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The selection of teas was superb, perfectly complemented by freshly baked scones served with clotted cream and homemade jam. The assortment of finger sandwiches was fresh and flavorful, while the pastries, particularly the chocolate macrons and were exquisite. The attentive staff provided impeccable service, making us feel truly special. Overall, Betty's Tea Room offers a magical experience that combines tradition with culinary excellence—an absolute must-visit for tea lovers!

Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. We both ordered the ribs; they just fell apart, amazing flavours. Service was also great, lovely waiter who was patient (menu was so good it took us a while to order!) and attentive (recommending drinks, food). Can’t wait to come again, we had a fantastic experience.

Amazing food, loved the waitress very helpful on giving advice on the best food/ drinks. Music/vibe really good. Only issue was felt the woman on the front desk wasn’t very friendly/welcoming. But overall great.

We are a family of four, including two boisterous children. The gentleman who served us absolutely “got the memo” that I needed to discreetly pick the most suitable table to ensure we didn’t disrupt other diners. He was excellent and understanding the boys’ need to be away from other customers and brought us kids menus. The menus seem “slim pickings” but we felt like we had a good selection for our picky kids and us being pescatarian. The cocktail menu was great and we enjoy a few of those. The kids had good sized portions or burger and chicken “nugget” and thick cut chips. We had a selection of veggie sharing plates. All of the food was so incredibly tasty and we felt really full despite the portion sizes looking quite small on arrival. We’d definitely like to return to have more of the menu. We’d just have appreciated a faster service because the kids were getting restless waiting for their puddings. Other than that, this is a very easy place to recommend to others!
