- EElphyToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoDaphne is a restaurant truly worthy of 5 stars! I hosted my friends here for a galentines day brunch and we were truly impressed. The food was PHENOMENAL with each dish plated beautifully and rich with flavour. The staff was courteous, attentive, and friendly. Our server Armand aimed to please and succeeded in taking such great care of our table! The restaurant is SO LOVELY! The luxurious interior design adds to the experience. The manager Amanda also checks in on the tables and is so helpful with any special requests. I would highly recommend Daphne to anyone who loves delicious food, A+ service, and great vibes.More infoDaphnePrice: Very Expensive• American• Financial District•4.7

- AArvin IanVIPToronto / Ontario •11 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy partner and I had an unforgettable Valentine’s Day dinner at Biff’s Bistro. The candlelit ambiance was perfect, and our server, Al, provided excellent recommendations, making our wine selection effortless.nWe started with a bottle of St. John ‘Beausoleil’ a crisp, dry, medium-bodied wine that paired beautifully with our apps. The Coquilles Saint-Jacques featured perfectly cooked scallops with mussels, a rich mushroom sauce and pommes duchesse. The Charcuterie was a standout, with a generous portion of liver parfait, their delicious house mustard, and sourdough. For mains, we had the their classic Coq au Vin, with tender, flavorful chicken in a rich red wine jus with lardons, mushrooms, green beans, and pomme purée. The Moules Frites did not disappoint! The white wine and herb cream sauce was incredible, and the fries and baguette were perfect for soaking it up. We also got to try the Roasted Cauliflower Salad, where the romesco-coated cauliflower, puffed grains, and pickles created a beautifully balanced dish. For dessert, the Classic Crème Brûlée and Pot au Chocolat were both rich and satisfying, ending our meal on a perfect note. Biff’s made our Valentine’s celebration truly special. Huge thanks to Al for his attentive service!More infoBiff's BistroPrice: Expensive• French• Financial District•4.6

Canoe has been one of our favourites over the last few years, in no small part due to Chef Ron’s culinary knowhow and vision. Knowing that today was to be Ron’s last day we had to stop by one more time to partake in some delectable food, delicious beverages, and delightful service. (All from the best seats in the house, on the Chef’s Rail!) Many thanks to Sarah for the service. Thanks to the rest of the FoH team and of course the BoH team, all for taking such great care of us today. And of course, Chef Ron himself for the conversation, and years of wonderful culinary excellence. Chef, you will be missed sir!More infoCanoe Restaurant and BarPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Financial District•4.5
- BBayleyToronto / Ontario •11 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe service was attentive and kind, the tableside guac was AMAZING, and the ambience is wonderful! I was a bit concerned as I arrived that the restaurant was in a "basement" but you really can't tell. I tried this place out on recommendation from some friends and coworkers and I'm glad I did. Everyone was lovely and I can't wait to come back!More infoAnejo Restaurant - Toronto (King St)Price: Moderate• Mexican• King West•4.6
