The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

Jack Thompson, of the Thompson Organization and the Black Bass Hotel, purchased the Golden Pheasant in July of 2019 and plans to reopen in the new year.     We were there for an early Sunday supper. It was a surprise to get stone crab claw cocktail. Both my chicken croquette and my husband’s prime rib, princess cut were very, very delicious. The croquettes taste like how they would cook in Japan. The prime rib was quality meat and cooked just right. We also enjoyed the apricot walnut bread pudding. Our server, Airyn was very very knowledgeable about the dishes and gave us a thorough description of everything. The food was served fast enough surprisingly in a very busy restaurant. Overall, we were very happy.

    Great experience at a brand new gem of a restaurant in the small Delaware River town of Stockton, NJ (just South of Frenchtown and North of Lambertville). Excellent in all respects, especially for a newly opened restaurant with a very friendly BYOB policy. Run to give it a try before you need weeks to get a reservation!

    Reservation 1;15 arrived and seated right away,waitress came within a couple of minutes and took drink order,and delivered them quickly,took our food order and received food about 20minutes ,hot and was very good,presented well,waitress came back several times for refills and checking to see all is OK. Very good service and food

    Once again a delicious meal and probably the best service we've ever had there! Sarah was absolutely AMAZING and so very considerate as we were celebrating my husband's birthday! She definitely went the extra mile to make EVERYTHING absolutely perfect! Totally enjoyed our experience on an extremely busy night December 23rd! Thank you for all the efforts!
