Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Carol Stream

In my family, every birthday is celebrated with a meal at Weber. Today is my birthday, and Alexandra was our server—we couldn't have asked for a nicer, more competent, or more helpful server. Everything flowed smoothly; the food was very good, and we never felt rushed. What a lovely experience! One (minor) annoying thing about my meal was that the stems weren't trimmed from the green beans. It was the first time I've dealt with that in any restaurant; the tips were small and sharp, and definitely would not have been pleasant to swallow. Also, the fireplace was not operable; it was a tiny disappointment to not be welcomed by a roaring fire on this chilly, damp day. But I get it—stuff happens. The food was all delicious, though, and Alexandra was a delight—we'll be back!

You can always count on the food being good at this restaurant. Problem we had yesterday was we were seated in the bar room between two very long group tables. They were extremely loud to the point we could not even talk and hear at all

Always a great place for a casual lunch or a fancy dinner. Impeccable attention to details such as lighted menu, crystal Christmas trees on each table, and a fireplace to top it all off. The decorative details express the love for the business the owner has. Never disappoints! Food is consistently outstanding and the owner greets each table at least once.

We had a very good experience at Redstone. Our waiter was very attentive and he even moved us to booth when we asked for a little more privacy while dining. Everything was prepared well, food was tasty (loved the truffle fries) space was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. Overall we had a good time and we will visit again.
