Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Bristol

My husband and I sat at the bar. It was unusually quiet for a Thursday night. The bartender, Kendra, was engaging and on her game. I got the pasta and meatballs, which were excellent. I was told they recently changed their recipe and I highly recommend them. My husband got the sea bass and he thoroughly enjoyed it. He said he would get it again the next time.

I frequently dine at the Blue Anchor. Tonight I went for their new Wednesday pasta prix fixe. It was outstanding and well worth the money. The Pasta Bolognese was one of the best I’ve had. Kudos on another great meal. 

We keep coming back!!! Kinda wish it was a tad quieter. However, it sits alongside the train station low, flying airplanes and boats next to you. It’s quite busy it’s worth stopping in. The food is perfect and the staff is excellent.
