Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in University Heights

Great service and great food. Noise level was perfect for regular conversation but still provided a great vibe in the dining area. My table ordered filets, salmon, and lamb chops; all were cooked to perfection. Sides were great as well and our table was ready prior to the time of our reservation. I will definitely be back!

This is a gem located right in the heart of the theater district. The ambience is contemporary in a multi level, setting with wood paneling, brick, fireplace and white linen tablecloth’s. The food was exquisitely, prepared and presented, and the pricing was definitely quite reasonable.  Great place for before theater dining or just any time. Do you want a really nice meal? 

Adorable igloos on the rooftop with views of the city and Empire State Building. We were originally sat in an igloo in the center and asked to move to one on the outer edge so we had a good view and they kindly accommodated that. Came with a bottle of Vueve. We ordered the Smores which were cute added touch to the experience.

There are very few places in NYC that are still elegant and yet exciting to go to. The food was delicious and healthy, and the service was excellent. My martini was one of the best ever. The room was magnificent filled with stunning flowers. You just do not see many restaurants that are willing to invest in creating such a beautiful atmosphere. I loved it!

Loved the moody vibe - its esthetic is giving Frank Sinatra. Loved the Smokey and masculine energy from the room. Definitely looks like a place for a BNO, business meetings, or just to grab some drinks (like the husband and I did) We loved it A+
