Adele’s restaurant in Nashville is a partnership among Ken Levitan and Howard Greenstone of Red Pebbles Hospitality. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a large fireplace grill, wood-burning oven, white quarter-sawn oak bar, chef’s counter, and heated outdoor dining patio with umbrellas. The menu at Adele’s focuses on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms and purveyors. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly and offers a wonderful weekend brunch from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Adele’s provides free parking in the first 2 rows of angled parking spots located directly in front of our building (validation required). If our parking lot is full, we offer validated parking in the parking lot across the street (1207 McGavock St.) or the parking garage behind Adele's (1222 Demonbreun St.). Founded in 1934 while the country was in the throes of the Great Depression and just one year removed from the repeal of prohibition, Jimmy Kelly made a promise to himself and his diners. Simply put, he would serve a great steak, a generous portion of whiskey and insure the service was always attentive.     Came to town from Virginia, had a big snow storm but this place was still open. We came because of a recommendation from my stepfather so we made reservations ahead of time and were so beyond happy that they stayed open during the snow. Drinks were strong and good and our steaks were perfect! Isaac was a great server. We can’t wait to come back!

    We were there for a business dinner with someone out of town and wanted to show case a "local" place. It was a perfect choice. The service was outstanding. And the food amazing. Might be the best cheese plate in town which was a great way to start. I had the salmon, our guest had the shrimp and grits and colleague had the chicken. All three of us loved our meals. Regrettably, we were so full we had to pass on dessert.

    We loved our experience! We are new to town and Urban Grub was recommended to us. From the service to the beautiful raw bar and lovely desserts, everything was fantastic. The complementary valet service on a rainy January evening was a fantastic touch as well. We went for a birthday celebration and we will certainly be back!
