- DDeltaDallas - Fort Worth •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI can’t believe this place has been around nearly 30 years and I’ve not been. It was amazing! Service, food, drinks, and ambiance were all perfection!More infoSevy's GrillPrice: Expensive• American• Park Cities•4.8
- MMarkDallas - Fort Worth •53 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe eat here two to three times a year. Last night was probably the best food we’ve had in the last five years. The bottle of Moet was great. Opening the evening was a plate of four pastries (gougyure?) filled with salmon mousse and caviar. We followed with a Farmer’s Green Salad. My wife had catch of the day. Me? Fried quail. There was not a hiccup with any of these entrees - all were excellent. The desserts - chocolate mousse and an apple tart with ice cream The chef’s gift to the table was a pumpkin soup with coconut milk. I wished that they would make this a regular menu item. One slight flaw. The recipe for the famous Dean Fearing tortilla soup seems to have changed. All in all - an excellent evening. IF. If I could change one thing? Hire a carpenter. Put in a vestibule ahead of the outside entry door. it was cold outside last night, and the drafts that passed through the restaurant are quite cold. All in all - the $$ were well spent.More infoThe Mansion Restaurant at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle CreekPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Turtle Creek / Oak Lawn•4.6
- JJeffVIPDallas - Fort Worth •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAnother great meal and experience at El Carlos Elegante! We started with cocktails, Cherry Moon and Negroni Cafe, and both were great. The one-hitters, Surf + Turf and Brisket, were exceptional. Don’t miss those two! The Salmon Ceviche and Okra + Shishitos were spot on as usual. We rounded out our meal with a hand-made masa, Chorizo Molotes, which was delicious. Nice crunch on the masa, stuffed with chorizo and refried beans and served with warm salsa roja. The atmosphere was cozy and festive at the same time. To add to the fun, the restaurant was tastefully decorated for the holidays. We’ll definitely be back. A “go-to” restaurant for us. The food and service never disappoints.More infoEl Carlos ElegantePrice: Expensive• American• West Dallas•4.8
- MmichaelVIPDallas - Fort Worth •47 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMoMo continues to be such a neighborhood treasure. Owners that care and greet their guests, seasonal specials that complement their proven go-to dishes, a smart wine and beer list that pair so very well with the cuisine. I always enjoy visiting a locally owned restaurant where it is obvious that details matter. MichaelMore infoMoMo Italian Kitchen Lake HighlandsPrice: Moderate• Italian• Lake Highlands•4.7
