Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Circus Circus Hotel & Casino

Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Great food, vibe, and service! John (Manager) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortably dining. The restaurant is perfectly located within resort world, and walking distance to the theater. 

My server Ike was amazing, and very attentive to me which was great because a person dining alone usually gets a lacker service. I've dined here on a couple occasions and normally get the Ribeye(5/5) but decided I wanted to try a couple things at the price of ordering a steak. The Crab artichoke dip was amazing, though a little cold, and for my main course I ordered Salmon(Med) but it came out more too well, and bland lacking any season, and it was like warm as well. The Old Fashioned was the best part of my meal needless to say. I'll return in March as I visit Vegas twice a year and will return, just know to stick to what's known- steak.

We dined at the bar and were able to see beautiful cocktails being crafted. Nobu Caesar salad is unique and outstanding! Love the miso cod as well. Enjoyed Javier, John and Juan. Full of info and suggestions.

Food was absolutely delicious. We sat at the bar for lunch and Kirk was awesome. Food did not disappoint, service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed it so much we went back to resort world for dinner the next day and skipped the table and sat at the bar again. We ordered the Wagyu gyoza, har gow, king crab dumplings, chicken karaage, shrimp tempura, rock shrimp tempura roll, and robatayaki.
