    We had an amazing birthday experience. Delicious cakes, sandwiches and scones, great tea and an extra birthday treat. All in the great space at the palm court. Arrive feom Friz was exceptional - we will be back just to see him again. A very special experience that I highly recommend

However, the kaviar tasting felt significantly overpriced for what was offered. Service was another weak spot—our server took an unusually long time to take our orders and came across as unfriendly at first, which put a damper on the experience. Despite these issues, the quality of the food redeemed the evening to some extent.

    We had a wonderful experience! The steak was one the best we ever had, if not the best. We started with the Fried Calamari Appetizer, which was very fresh and succulent. We tried the Prime New York Strip and the Bone-in Ribeye. The outer layer was so crispy, and inside, it was tender and juicy, and the fatty parts in the Ribye almost melted inside our mouths. The food is expensive but really good. The service was excellent, and everyone was very nice to us.

    The perfect afternoon tea in the city for a great value compared to others. Excellent service and ambiance. Scones and treats are delicious. Also very attentive to food allergies and accommodating them. Will definitely be back.
