The Basement Brewhouse situated in Bankstown Sports Club features it’s own microbrewery specialising in craft beer that’s brewed in-house and offers a wide variety of craft beers within Australia and around the world. We had a lovely buffet at the Lantern Club. Food was good and we didn't feel rushed at all. Great customer service by the staff. First time going out for Xmas lunch and would do it again. Would recommend to others.

We were there for my birthday dinner last night, food was excellent and the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I did not like were the little bowls the sauce came in, when you poured the sauce it spilled over the sides and made a mess, the servers did not say which sauce was which and they were mixed up. Other diners were cold although it was the middle of summer and had heaters in which was uncomfortable for me. The food is excellent although some things I thought were a bit pricey. Overall it was an enjoyable night and the tomahawk steak was delicious so were the chicken wings!
