A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. hands down my favourite restaurant in Melbourne. excellent service - warm and friendly. the food is superb from start to finish including the desserts (so often the weak spot of Melbourne restaurants). a good number of options and cooked beautifully. the wine list is off the charts. so many great bottles to choose from. could not recommend highly enough

If you’re feeling carnivorous, this is the place to whet your appetite..! I love the straightforward and simple menu. Honestly you really can’t go wrong with any dish here. Favourites are the succulent melt-in-the-mouth beef brisket and caramel short ribs. The strip loin steak is a close second followed by the sweet, tender pork belly. The sides are perfect - creamy mash, pickles and slaw complement the rich meat. Wait staff are super easy going, relaxed yet attentive. One of my all time favourite places.
