- IIanManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI recently enjoyed a delightful lunchtime meal with friends at The Nags Head, and it was an experience worth sharing. The pub exudes a warm and cosy charm, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed get-together. The menu was full of tempting options, but we opted for the rarebit and a hearty pie for our mains. Both dishes were absolutely delicious—comfort food at its finest. The Welsh rarebit was rich, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned, while the pie was a masterpiece, with a golden, flaky crust and a filling that was both flavorful and satisfying. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of this lovely pub. It’s clear that great care goes into both the food and the overall experience. If you’re looking for a cosy spot with excellent food and a great ambiance, I highly recommend The Nags Head. I’ll certainly be back!More infoThe Nags HeadPrice: Expensive• Pub• Beeston•4.6

We had preordered as you would expect, everything arrived just as we had ordered, without either of us querying anything e.g. one of us had a dietary “issue” which they knew about prior to the day and everything happened without an issue or fuss. The pre meal drink (which we had preordered) was delicious and every course was fabulous. Thought the takeaway Eccles cake was a great idea. Yes we are fans of the white horse and once again they did not disappointMore infoThe White Horse ChurtonPrice: Expensive• British• Churton•4.8

On our second visit the soup was cold, once we made staff aware the problem was dealt with immediately in the most professional manner and resoved straight away with no fuss. The food is very good, enjoy your food in a warm and comfortable environment. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you to all the team.More infoThe Savvy FoxPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Wrexham•4.2
- WwarrenNorth Wales •1 review4.0Dined on 17 Dec 2024great surroundings. open and airy environment. plenty of attendants so getting attention was easy. the food was tasty and warm/hot. the price eceptionally low but understandable since this and out reach of the catering service of the yale/ial educational service. the service is entirely given by the students themselves who are keen and willing to help in any way. I will be going again. very much enjoyed the experience. Warren BurgMore infoIal RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Contemporary British• Wrexham•4.7
