- CCynthiaNew York City •30 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe entire high tea experience was perfect and ideal. Everything was perfect! The foods outstanding. The tea selection was so many it was hard to choose from. We each were satisfied with our selections and recommendations from our server. It was a wonderful afternoon and I would highly recommend this for a special afternoon with friends and family. Plus they have a no cell phone use policy. It was nice quiet conversations, exactly how dining out should be. Thank you to everyone who made our cold afternoon a delight.More infoKingbird at The Watergate HotelPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Foggy Bottom•4.2

- JJohnNew York City •16 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSince the closure of la-bergerie in Old town in 2016 which operated for 40 years there has not been an upscale elegant French restaurant in old town Alexandria. La Refuge has wonderful food but it’s more casual and very small and cramped. Josephine checked all the boxes, elegant decor, great wine list and wonderful food. The subtle lighting and dark wood decor made it a wonderful place to celebrate the anniversary of our first date that led to a long marriage. We will be back.More infoJosephine - Old TownPrice: Expensive• French• Alexandria•4.7

MichaelVIPGreater Boston •8 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoAs always, the Lafayette is the best place for breakfast, standing well above all others for its accommodating wait staff (today it was Kenny), pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, well prepared meals, and the wam greetings that welcome you when you arrive at the host’s desk.More infoLafayette RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.8
- LLudwinaWashington, D.C. Area •87 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024We really enjoyed our dinner. Everything was wonderful: the appetizers, main course, and dessert. Loved the risotto with mushrooms! I was so excited to be eating gluten free bread warm out of the oven which I have sadly been unable to do for years — since I’m gluten sensitive. The service was really excellent! We will be coming again! Don’t change anything! Thank you so much!More infoMazaro Italian RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Italian• Arlington•4.4
