- DDiannaWashington, D.C. Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI made a reservation for me and my close friends (we served in the military together) and our spouses. We have been best friends for 30 years. So, getting together is a treasurable experience for us. Upon our arrival, I met with the hostess and she was exceptionally kind, caring, and supportive of our group and found us the perfect spot to enjoy our evening together. Fredy came right over to our table and introduced himself as our server. He took excellent care of us! He was attentive, informative, understanding, kind, fun, caring, and enjoyable to talk to. It was a busy Saturday evening, but we could not tell because Fredy made time to check on us and refilled our drinks regularly. I was so appreciative of Fredy's hospitality, I informed the owner. He will be our requested server from now on. We ordered drinks and appetizers of Ma Brown's Biscuits, Deviled Eggs, and Fried Calamari. We ordered dinners of Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Pork Chop, Roasted Chicken, Jerked Catfish, and Seafood Penne. Everything arrived timely and delicious. I had the Roasted Chicken and I enjoyed it! It was moist, seasoned well, and flavorful. All members of our party enjoyed their dishes. Valet parking was convenient and valet staff was friendly. The setting was perfect for our gathering and a positively, memorable one. It was elegant, classy, and charming. Georgia Brown's is at the top of our list of favorite places to visit, personally for my husband and I, as well as our best friend group. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!More infoGeorgia Brown'sPrice: Expensive• Low Country• Downtown•4.4

- RReneeWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoIt was the perfect afternoon. An Afternoon Tea for one my at preferred seat by the window. The Christmas blend tea was delightful and the savory treats were my absolute favs, especially the quiche. The vestibule was simply decorated with a beautiful tree and accompanying nutcrackers to go along with this year's tea theme. A classy experience, as always. Thank you to the amazing staff for your attentiveness.More infoThe St Regis DC - Afternoon teaPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Downtown•4.5

From the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming ambiance sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The food is nothing short of outstanding. Their menu offers a variety of small and large plates, allowing you to sample a wide range of their creative dishes—including a fantastic raw bar. Every bite bursts with flavor, showing their dedication to both tradition and innovation. The bar menu is equally impressive, with options for every palate. What truly sets Dauphine’s apart is the exceptional service. The wait staff is attentive, striking the perfect balance between being available and giving you space to enjoy your meal.
