- IIvyLas Vegas •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMade a reservation here for our final meal on the island. Was told by multiple people that this is the best place to eat on the island. As a vegan I really appreciated the knowledge and help of our server Howard to accommodate me. My non-vegan family really enjoyed their meals too. Overall it was awesome. Pretty pricey but glad we got to try it.More infoMerriman's – Waimea – Big IslandPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kamuela•4.9
- LLisaMarieVIPHawaii •49 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a late lunch for my husband’s birthday. Everything was stellar, yet again! I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Put simply, the food is phenomenal, the service is too. We drive over an hour and a half, to come here for all our special occasions. Today we had the Warm Goat and Macadamia nut appetizer followed by Crab and Avocado salad (my favorite) and Shrimp and Crab Cajun pasta. Both excellent. Followed by the house made Piña Colada cake- which is a dreamy concoction of white chocolate mouse , coconut and pineapple chunks that tumble out of the cake. Thanks again for another great birthday!More infoTommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar - Mauna Lani, Big IslandPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kamuela•4.7
- FFrankSan Francisco Bay Area •34 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBrowns Beach House is the perfect location to celebrate any special occasion The ocean and sunset views are perfect and the outdoor seating allows views from every table. We had fish and steak- both were great. They also have creative starters and salads. The service from Chelsi and Jermaine was exceptional. There was live music both nights and that added to the wonderful ambience. We will be back.More infoBrown's Beach House - The Fairmont Orchid - Kohala CoastPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kohala Coast•4.6
- RrichardWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024One of a kind Christmas holiday experience. Very exclusive and one of a kind. The four courses were all designed to pair well with well with sake. The optional sake pairing was super interesting. I was surprised by how different these sakes were, though maybe that has to do with the host making suitable choices for my western tastebuds. Took a bottle of "Anna" home. It was well sealed and packed in bubble wrap, and arrived well as checked luggage (can't take this onboard).More infoEngawa by Islander Sake BreweryPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Kohala Coast•4.8
