Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Our space is ideal for large groups, but also for families and couples. Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. This is our second visit to Bottarga and we will be back again. The food is outstanding, and the staff are excellent. The menu has a range of Italian dishes from pizzas to beautiful pasta dishes. We always eat too much! This time I had zucchini flowers to start - delicious - while other members of the party had beef cheeks and barramundi. All meals were faultless. The staff are busy but attentive. It can be noisy as this is a popular restaurant and often caters for large groups but it's very lively and you could ask for a quieter table if that's required.

Our regular lunch when we need a break. Food is always really good and always have the lamb ribs. Reasonable wine list and a good selection of beer. Definitely a good place for great food.
