Best Restaurants for Groups in West Hempstead

Novitá is consistently GREAT. The food and service don’t disappoint. A solid choice for date night, girls’ night, or family dinner.

Initially we waited a little while to be served, but soon after service greatly improved. We ordered and were quickly brought appetizers and then the entrees. All enjoyed their entrees. The lobster quesadillas which on the special menu were delicious. The desserts we shared of churros and tres leches were very tasty. Excellent Mexican cuisine enjoyed by all.

Had a great anniversary dinner celebration at Copperhill. It's a relatively small menu which allows them to focus on creating excellent dishes. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that vegetables and salads are numerous, prepared with creativity and full of flavor. I'm not a vegetarian but I always enjoy the vegetarian entrees here such as the mushroom polenta and roasted butternut squash. My son's short ribs with polenta was also excellent. The room is homey and congenial, service is attentive and well informed. I always like Copperhill for a special occasion.

We loved this restaurant. This was a new find for us - one town over from where we live. Being Italian it's hard to find Italian food that I like since I am used to fresh ingredients at home. The foundation sauce in this Italian Restaurant is delicious. The variations of the vodka and spicy sauces are tasty, as well. The personal pizza was big enough for two if you have an app, but we ordered it to try and have some leftovers. We loved the igloo, but honestly the inside of the restaurant was just as cute and festive. Our server, Irene, was super helpful and quick but the food was still spaced enough where we could enjoy it. The garlic knots were huge and tasted great. I am still shocked that I had never gone to this establishment before, but so glad we found it.

Brittany our waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable. She explained the menu clearly. She knew all about wine. Ask for Brittany when you go there for dinner
