Best Restaurants for Groups in South Beach

We enjoyed Christmas dinner at The Betsy. Opted for indoor table - lobby was bustling with piano player and guest at the bar. Our dinner of spicy tuna rolls along with filet mignon, Ny strip, bbq corn and jalapeño mashed potatoes was enjoyed by all. We have visited several times before and are never disappointed. Service is spot on and servers are friendly and offer menu suggestions.

This hidden gem is a Michelin-star-level find on a quiet romantic walkable street just metres away from the tourist traps in the next block - the service was prompt, engaging and very helpful; the food delicious, varied and well-priced in a quiet yet busy but not frenzied environment! Armondo is the knowledgeable, engaging, humourous and extremely helpful Manager who's input topped it all off! This is one of our best Miami Beach restaurants ever – including those where dinner cost 4-5 times more in far less pleasing environments – we recommend it to everyone who enjoys great food, service and ambience! We feasted on the four course tasting menu and left with lovely leftovers for a beach picnic the next day.

We had such a wonderful experience, especially with the live performance and the exquisitely delicious food. We loved the authentic Cuban vibe although the noise level at times was a little too high for us to hear one another. Understandably the service was a little slow for such a busy night but our waitress took very good care of us. Overall, an excellent experience and I recommend anyone visiting this area to definitely try this place for dinner.
