Steuben’s is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945. Steuben's became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940’s to the 1960’s on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, proms and sweet sixteens, and more.     A delightful afternoon tea! Great ambiance for Christmas season.. All the staff were attentive and took great care of us. I asked for a table away from the piano and hostess went out of her way to find a quieter table for us! Our server from Moldavia was delightful. The food was delicious and plenty of choices. The tea was hot and topped up with hot water frequently. My one complaint would be that there was only one pot of tea per person -I would like to have had a few more to try. I should have asked for more as I think they have given it to me!
