Best Restaurants for Groups in Laurelhurst

We’ve only had great experiences, bringing friends and family before we attend Kraken hockey games. Both the gumbo and jambalaya are second to none…. Will keep coming back for more. 

A must-go for the tea lover in your life. Delightfully warm atmosphere, like being inside a tea cozy or at grandma's house. Lots of different kinds of tea on offer; service is very well organized, food was good. For the afternoon tea, we agreed that the standouts were the goat cheese tomato tarts and the cranberry orange scones. Just a really fun outing if you love tea or if you are looking for something different than usual.

We come here regularly because we always like the atmosphere, food quality and excellent service. We brought 4 out of town guests for dinner yesterday. One of my guests has a severe dairy sensitivity. The staff was extremely conscientious and attentive in reviewing what the kitchen could do to accommodate her including ensuring all requested dishes were both dairy free as well as having no risk of cross-contamination. This is a very important consideration for those with food sensitivity. The execution was great. I had the lamb shank which was huge and delicious. Our guests had a wonderful (and uneventful) meal. Superb, as usual. The carrot sformato was an unusual find and quite delicious. The addition of olives to the blood orange and fennel salad hit just the right acid note, Mama’s meatballs were pure beef with a strong dash of anise seed, and the accompanying marinara had been simmering for ages to pick up that deep complexity of flavors and great balance between sweet and slightly acid.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back again.
