Best Restaurants for Groups in Green Valley

We had a wonderful dinner tonight. We go to Hanks every year for our Christmas dinner. We are a party of 12. The prior year our dinner took 4hrs! This year things were much more efficient. The service was significantly better. All of the steaks except one were cooked perfectly. One was cooked well done instead of medium. The wait staff was happy to correct the situation. Over all the food was good, the desserts were delicious. Overall, Hanks has been consistent. Christmas is an extremely busy night for them to handle a large party. They did a great job.

Server Michelle was excellent! My dining companion very much enjoyed the Hanukkah menu and lobster raviolis. My only change would have been the starter. The fondue was a soup, whereas I expected a fondue or artichoke dip. Could not taste the artichoke. I should have gotten the latkes and lox as well. A very tasty experience! We will be returning again. Please, continue seasonal/holiday menus.

We were there on a holiday so the only menu options are prefixed. the choices were nice and it was a complete meal with a starter, entrée, sides, and dessert and coffee. We were offered their wine of the month but upgraded to a wine that we like. I have had holiday meals here before. This was one of the best. The preparation of everything was spot on. If I had a single not so great comment about the experience, I would say that they could do a little better on the bread basket. It's fine, it's good and plain, and very neutral bread. It's not bad but just the least desirable item served. The sides, 10 out of 10, the entrees 10 out of 10, the appies 8 out of 10, The desserts 10 out of 10. The bread is 5 out of 10 for me, neither good or bad. The coffee is very good too. We ordered different appies, entrees and dessert so we tried each others dishes and agree. Our service was 10 out of 10. We visit this restaurant about 3 or 4 times a year. Like all places, sometimes it's nearly perfect and sometimes not as great. Last night, it was nearer perfection.

Everything was wonderful. Our waitress suggested the miso sea bass with wild mushrooms. It was delicious and melted in my mouth! Everything was good and fresh.
