- DMDanaMSouth Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was a final stop for a small, private culinary tour through my company, Experience Moore Tours. I love ending at Tempest for dessert. The mosaic, done by Honey, a local artist, is outstanding. The desserts are unique and elevated and the cocktail of the week: The Language Barrier, was incredible. The service is always amazing. - HHenryAtlanta Metro •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoTo begin with, Bourbon & Bubbles is beautiful. The Restaurant was mentioned as a new brunch location in North Charleston. We will be building a house uptown, so we were eager to try it. There was no disappointment. From the Chardonnay shrimp cocktail to the biscuit sandwich, everything was well prepared. My wife and I had a drink called First Love. Because she is my first love, we decided to try it. Again, it was on point. I highly recommend this restaurant, can't wait to go back.More infoBourbon N' BubblesPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown Charleston•4.2

Second: if I only had one meal for the rest of my life it would be the current Wagyu Tartare on the menu. The kimchi Caesar??? Incredible. 12/10 I’m a Tartare girlie and that was the best. Second and a half: the tuna crudo. I’m so white Jalapeños are spicy to me, but that was a divine dish. Third: the hostess staff is efficient, warm and welcome. Bonus: they laughed with me not at me when I couldn’t figure out how to open the front door. All around great experience, thank you for knocking it out of the park.More infoThe EstablishmentPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Downtown Charleston•4.8

Our cocktails were quite delicious as well. Will definitely be back!More infoProhibitionPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown Charleston•4.6
