Also the chopped salad was crisp & had the perfect amount of salad dressing. The only downer was the red fish crudo. The main flavor was an overwhelming lime taste. It would've been much better in a "tears of the tiger" sauce or with some wasabi to make it more sushi-like. Serving it with crackers would help also and the avocados were unsalted. I've tried almost the whole Red Ash menu - the crudo is my least favorite dish. Try any of the other appetizers instead!More infoRed Ash ItaliaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.9

The wagyu was perfectly cooked, rich, and absolutely mouthwatering. To top it off, the drinks were well-crafted and added to the overall vibe. I’ll definitely be returning for another round—highly recommend this spot!More infoTenTenPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Downtown•4.7

Staff is really attentive (very hard to find that kind of service in Austin), chef’s menu with pairing is incredible well balanced and it really takes you on a journey of taste. Well done!!More infoHestiaPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.7

I have a tougher allergy (citrus) but the waiter was amazing and wrote down everything I could have, and made accommodations when necessary which is so appreciated in a restaurant like this that’s sharing plates style. 5 of us ate and drank for under $300 before tip—and EVERYTHING was delicious, even after accommodations!More infoRedFarm - AustinPrice: Very Expensive• Chinese• Downtown•4.4
