- JJimPhoenix / Arizona •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis winter season Edge has an incredible menu selection. In our party of two, one of us had sea bass, the other elk on a bone. Both were amazing! Sommelier-server Greg Olson always has the perfect recommendations, is most attentive and is the consummate professional. The newest Chef de Cuisinr has taken The Edge to a new level of excellence! General Manager Matthew Brewster is most personable and attentive to every detail! If you love fine dining, The Edge Steakhouse is a must stop while visiting Park City!More infoEdge SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Park City•4.6

- EErikVIPDenver / Colorado •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoIncredible food, we had the focaccia, lamb ribs, and beets/squash apps. The whipped ricotta and focaccia was the standout of the three. Wife had scallops and I had the cauliflower entree. Both were phenomenal. Kids meals were generouslt portioned and a good value. Wife had the Sazerac and Revolver cocktails, enjoyed both. Server was attentive and timely and provided thoughtful recommendations. Had the brownie sundae and apple crisp desserts. The chocolate mousse with the sundae is not a traditional execution but the dish was well balanced. Wife favored the apple crisp. Prices were extremely fair for the locale and segmentMore infoTwisted FernPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Park City•4.7

Their tuna sashimi was off the charts. Lots of great told to chose from if that’d your thing. People are nice, service is great. Tables are tard to come by so plan ahead.
