Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. We celebrate these ingredients by preparing them in a large wood burning hearth which is the centerpiece of our open kitchen.     Absolutely loved my experience at Dirty Habit Glass House! The food was excellent, the ambiance was stunning, and the service was top-notch. The whole place is beautifully designed and has such a cute, inviting vibe. The only minor downside is that the bathroom is on the 3rd floor, but it’s a small inconvenience for such a fantastic spot. Overall, I had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

    I can’t get over how incredible our server was. Elvis immediately acknowledged that we were vegetarians and had accommodations made for even the fixed Valentine’s Day menu. We truly appreciate it. And not to forget, but the food was incredible. I would go back and eat an entire bowl of the beet salata

    This was an amazing experience I really enjoyed the fact that from the moment you arrive they make it feel personal as if you and your guest as if you rented out the place.. every dish was explained in great culinary fashion and I love the way each server and host incorporated their knowledge of the dish being served. Hands down one of the premier experiences in the D.C area and a must for impressing any level of company you have. The value is very worth it but the experience is priceless..
