We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list.     The service was perfect. We were greeted and seated right away our server was friendly and knowledgeable, offered wonderful guidance on menu options. Our cocktails were done just right and for hotel prices, pretty reasonable. I can definitely understand the Michelin recommendation for PRIMO. The quality was excellent. There are a lot of kids in the restaurant and it is bright and louder than I was hoping for, so keep that in mind. If you are looking for an intimate dinner, this probably isn’t the spot. We absolutely loved everything else about this place and we will return!

    Very popular and busy restaurant, we made reservations ahead of the time, but the check in was still a bit messy. Service was great, she was very helpful and on task. There were 3 of us and we ordered a sushi platter, Pekin Duck for 2, and appetizers including ribs and shishito peppers. The sushi was OK, but the duck and ribs were amazing. The duck was perfectly toasted with crispy skin and very tender meat. The menu and taste is more tailored to American taste. Definitely highly recommend and make sure make reservations ahead of the time. They also have a casual Street Food stall outside, very interesting concept for quick bites.
