- IIsabelleWashington, D.C. Area •36 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent meal and service. Cozy setting with adequate table lighting. Recent Washington Post review was top notch so that moved us to check out Evelyn Rose after months of procrastination! I love that the tasting menu items can be 1) ordered a la carte and 2) not all diners need to choose that menu. More restaurants need to follow their lead. We will return for Happy Hour, always a nice way to save a few bucks. Hats off to the team, front and back of the house.More infoCorso ItalianPrice: Moderate• Italian• Arlington•4.5

- AAlicePittsburgh / Western PA •2 reviews5.0Dined on 11 Nov 2024Run, do not walk, to Succotash! I was not expecting much, as I am a Northerner, and greens and grits are out of my wheelhouse. But everything at Succotash was eye-rolling, out-of-this-world delicious. We got the Taste of the South, which is shareable plates of most of everything on the menu. Our server, Xavier, assured us there would be plenty of food, and he was not kidding. We started with kimchi deviled eggs and fried green tomato salad with goat cheese. Then smoked chicken wings and an incredible hot sweet cornbread. The mains included local crispy catfish, BBQ pork ribs, chicken and waffles (amazingly crunchy crust and meltingly tender chicken!), collard greens with country ham, awesome mac'n' cheese. Xavier was magical, whisking away empty plates and bringing new ones. THEN mini pecan pies, and hummingbird cake truffles. We had to get a take-home box. Wow, wow, wow! Kudos to the chef and the kitchen staff. Everything was hot and beautifully plated. The only things we didn't get were grits and.. succotash!More infoSuccotash - National HarborPrice: Moderate• American• National Harbor•4.5
- KKirstenWashington, D.C. Area •15 reviews4.0Dined on 8 Nov 2024The chicken Parmesan, bread and lasagna were quite tasty. I’d definitely recommend this place. The service could have been better like providing suggestions and discussing menu items. It would also have been better if the server would stop to check rather than me continuously asking for things like cutlery, pepper, refills etc.More infoFiorella Italian KitchenPrice: Moderate• Italian• National Harbor•4.2
