Best Restaurants for Foodies in Maalaea

Loved our experience at Gather. It was our first time here and loved everything about it. We sat on the patio which had the most beautiful view. The waitress was exceptional. Demeanour was wonderful, service was great. She checked in regularly and was there when we needed her. Her recommendations were spot on. Food was excellent; a bit expensive but we are in Maui and was worth every penny. We will be back.

We very much enjoyed this restaurant. The food was very good. My husband had the fish and chips and I had the gnocchi. Both were excellent. The waitress recommended their “famous” Mai tai which I chose while my husband had an amaretto sour. His drink was much better. For dessert, I had the coconut cream pie which was also very good. There were many families eating throughout the restaurant and it seemed to be a welcoming experience for young families.

So delicious! The mushroom salad in an entire head of butter lettuce was superb! Best salad I’ve eaten. We also loved the Korean fried chicken (we got both sauces but my fav is the kochujang) and the garlic noodles. Cocktails were also delicious. And our server, Tiyana, was friend,y, peppy, full of suggestions and personality. She made us feel so welcome. By the way portions are large so come with a group to enjoy family style dining.

Superb service, great cocktails and mocktails. This is a beautiful restaurant, our first time to this site. Each dish was exquisitely prepared and so delicious. Hard to decide which was the best, so just order as much as you can! Thanks for a lovely evening.

We had lunch with a variety of appetizers and The lobster tacos as the main course . Every bite of each thing was overload for the senses ! I highly recommend Havens Harborside Best food on Maui in my book We go often since they've been open. We even had a great experience today when the fresh fish was being carried in from the ocean across the street! Highly recommend the spicy tuna nachos! Best and freshest fish EVER!
