- BBeckyWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined todayOur family had the pleasure of dining at Kestrel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were enchanted by the restaurant’s ambiance. The stylish yet comfortable decor, paired with breathtaking views, set the tone for an evening of indulgence and delight. The menu at Kestrel is a masterpiece of creativity, with dishes that intrigue and satisfy. To start, I ordered a Medjool Negroni—an innovative twist on the classic cocktail that was as smooth as it was flavorful. The beet salad that followed was generously portioned, easily enough to share, and beautifully presented. For starters, we chose the Crab Hash Brown and Hamachi, both of which were unexpected yet delightful in their flavor profiles. The Hearts of Palm Caesar Salad was a refreshing, modern take on a classic, bursting with vibrant textures and taste. My husband’s prime rib stole the show—it was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and he declared it among the best in town. Every bite lived up to the high expectations set by the restaurant’s reputation. The service was equally outstanding. A special shoutout to Mo, who ensured our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Their attentiveness and knowledge elevated our evening to a truly memorable one. Kestrel is not just a restaurant; it’s a destination for food lovers. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking an exceptional meal, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return and explore more of their imaginative offerings!More infoKestrel A Richard Blais Kitchen + LoungePrice: Moderate• American• Indian Wells•4.1
- JJamesVIPChicago / Illinois •18 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFour of us had a fantastic meal here consisting of a number of dishes including cold, hot and sushi. We had the always-terrific Miso Black Cod, the Rib-eye tacos and the Lamb chops, just to name a few. Probably the weakest dish was the Artichoke salad which seems to consist of micro-shaved raw artichoke that was mostly inedible due to the fibrous, chewy texture. Other than that, it was a great meal. IMO they should take that dish off the menuMore infoNobu Indian WellsPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Indian Wells•4.7
- LLaurenceVIPPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •33 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had 3 of us for dinner at Tia Carmen. The space is very nice with a lot of different materials and textures. Our server greeted us promptly and we took a look at the menu. She explains the concept of Chef Sosa's menu and suggested many things that she thought we might like to enjoy. Cocktails 2 of us had the 5 Citrus sprit which was light and refreshing. I had the Weihenstephan Hefeweiss beer which was tasty. Food wise we ordered the suggested Pan fritto , their version of bread and the romaine salad, both were delicious. next we had the Tuna crudo which is small but very flavorful with the spicy corn broth. next was the guisado ala Carmen which is this very flavorful stew like dish that had so many things going on. and the Market fish ala plancha which was also very tasty. All in all a very nice dinner. A very delicious dinner!More infoTía Carmen-Indian WellsPrice: Expensive• Southwest• Indian Wells•4.6
