- NNikkiLos Angeles •2 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was perfection. Definitely better than Bacari by far BUT the service was terrible for the price. It was my friend’s birthday and there was zero acknowledgment. Really? Then we had to ask for simple things repeatedly. It’s like we were forgotten. We did not feel special — we felt like we were a nuisance. Our reservation was at 7 PM so it’s not like we randomly wandered in right before closing time. I loved the food but I am already telling friends not to expect great service and they said nah we’ll stick with Bacari then.More infoMomedPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Silver Lake•4.7

- KKarenVIPTahoe / Reno Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe farm cheese is the best at Bavel. My husband and I also love the baba ghanoush (we always need an extra order of fried pita). The grilled dates have a nice kick to it and it was nice to eat a savory date for once. The lamb rack is always cooked to perfection. Our friend always orders the 26 oz ribeye and finishes it during dinner and my husband and I can see why. Nothing at Bavel disappointed us. I would recommend the cashew ice cream bar over the apple prune cake, but you really can't go wrong with either. It was a great dinner! Also every cheese and milk is pasteurized so despite being 6 months pregnant, I could eat everything!More infoBavelPrice: Expensive• Middle Eastern• Downtown•4.8
