The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s a bistro-meets-diner-meets-internationally-inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto. Our service team is upbeat and genuine but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. Have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing a variety of flavors, colors, and textures. Surprisingly, the dishes incorporated a lot of Asian flavors paired with French techniques. Most of the dishes were excellent and unique, though there were a couple of misses. The service was good, with attentive staff. The ambiance was decent and comfortable, not suffocating or uncomfortable at all. Overall, I enjoyed my time and dinner here.

The service and our server was so gentle! The food was good, we had beef tartar, kale salad, corn, and shared the steak. Profiterole and creme brûlée were highlights of the night. All of them were delicious! we paid $650 for 4 person.
