Dine- in, takeout and deliveryWed- Sun 12:00PM-9:00PMAt the heart of the vibrant Tucson gastronomic scene is a quaint, family owned restaurant that has made a name for itself by combining the classical French education of Executive Chef Steven Schultz with the flavors of traditional southwest cuisine. Driven by the vision of casual fine dining that he shares with wife and Maudi Gourdin, the pair have managed to make The Wild Garlic Grill one of Tucson’s premiere destinations for food lovers from all walks of life. That all too familiar aroma of garlic will titillate your senses from the moment you step through the front door, followed instantly by the pageantry of Chef and his crew hard at work in the open kitchen where you can watch your meal as it is prepared. One can sense the warmth that emanates from their comradery and dedication and it doesn’t take long to notice that the front of house staff shares the same passion. It’s almost as if they are one big happy family…

Christmas dinner at Sullivan’s was very busy. Considering the number of diners, the staff did an excellent job of service that felt surprisingly personal. We were seated at a table for five that felt surprisingly intimate. We were warned by our server that we were going to have to wait a while for our entrees to be prepared. But the time passed comfortably for us at least as it gave us more time for a good family conversation and visit. We have been dining out each Christmas for 10 years (except for 2 years during the Covid pandemic). This was the best Christmas dining-out experience we have had.

Great food (short ribs and bolognese), amazing wine list, and top notch service (Anthony). Fresh bread was served warm which no one does anymore. Our server was attentive and quick but we did not feel rushed. This is a special place and we will be back.

Amelia's is a local gem. Their food is some of the best in Tucson (even featured in the New York Times!). This little strip mall restaurant is always deservedly busy. Although the space is decorated lovely inside, it's jut not large enough to accommodate the crowd. But, that's okay. The food quality and presentation is worth the wait. Don't miss the birria tacos with caldo ! My husband loves the shrimp tacos. Burros come drenched in amazing sauces that are unique and beautiful. Amelia's is a perfect example of the Tucson Foodie Culture - not to be missed!

Excellent food and service! We sat in one of the interior booths, and it was private and intimate. Also very reasonably priced. We were even served by Renee - who gave us recommendations. Definitely would recommend!
