Best Date Night Restaurants in Sunshine Beach

We had another amazing experience at Bella Venezia, especially so as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. We had the 7 course degustation dinner which was wonderful. We particular would like to mention the wonderful attention and service provided by Tonino, which made our experience even me to remember.

So nice to see this place buzzing again. We came in with very high expectations as have loved it in the past and felt it had something different to offer. When we arrived we were a little skeptical, the wine list was more limited than before, there were some sexy little dishes missing. This was completely turned around. The wines were very carefully and thoughtfully curated and with a little encouragement we tried things we wouldn’t normally go for which resulted in a new & exciting experience. There’s a lovely warm & enthusiastic bustle which is added to with the new bar. Lots of lively banter from patrons who feel instantly at home her. The warmth & passion of the staff gives the place a wonderful vibe (for want of a better word) The food is honest and uncomplicated yet PERFECTLY balanced and delicious. I’d love to see the smacking truffle pasta dish and the caviar & vodka situation from the OG days come back but I’m also very, very excited about what’s to come. The crew here are so into what they do and this translates to a bloody good time for anyone who walks in the door.

Our 2nd time dining here in this visit and we were lucky that the menu had just changed that day so we had lots new choices. Really delicious fresh food, generous serves, waitstaff suggestions appreciated and service in general was great. A really good singer was playing. A lovely night for my husband, daughter and I.
