Best Date Night Restaurants in Pennington Villas

Amazing food and even better service! Jed was phenomenal at speaking to the menu and the love put into every dish or drink. One of our favorite meals and dining experiences.

My wife and I always revisit our first date that we had at Treehouse during the holidays! Treehouse is a cozy and quant neighborhood staple in 5 points. This year our visit was nothing short of spectacular. The holiday decor was fun and definitely set the mood, and our service was welcoming and friendly. Our waitress, Kaytee had fun recommendations and was very hospitable. One of the things I love about a tentative server is that they don't interrupt conversation and they are perceptive enough to know when to get orders in and ask if we need another beverage. We started with the brussels sprouts, burrata, and chickpea fries. The brussels sprouts had a good flavor with a little kick, but the highlight of the appetizers was definitely the chickpea fries. Interesting flavor, and if you love tzatziki you will love this dish! For our entrées I did the pork chop, and my wife did the scallops. The scallops were definitely an appetizer so not a full dish, which was fine for my wife. My pork chop was cooked to perfection and very tender (could cut it with a butter knife). The wine selection is always on the smaller side, but they do keep the choices interesting and good for food pairings. We definitely miss the gourmet ice cream sandwich being on the menu for dessert, but we did the Coconut Panna Cotta, and it was a nice lighter dessert to compliment the cordials. Wow!! The best service we have received in Nashville. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary/promotion celebration dinner one to remember. I called beforehand to request champagne to toast at the table and they already had it covered. On the way there, my car broke down which made us an hour late (yes we left the car and still went to dinner…lol). I spoke w the host multiple times are she was SO helpful and reassuring that our table would be waiting for us….it was. When we got there, they were just as concerned about our car as we were, and just as happy about our anniversary. It was special. THEN, when ordering, we were deciding between two dishes (two different times) and our waiter actually brought both out to us as a “gift”. Great food and great service!!!

You cannot go wrong! Our favorite route is a pasta as an app and the bistecca for two as the main.

We were really impressed with the huge aquarium and the multitude of different fish species! They all looked healthy, the tank looked clean and the ambiance was incredible! Our server Alise was amazing! She knew what we needed before we even asked! She is sharp, intelligent and an asset to the restaurant! Such a great personality! We hope to come back in the future. We really enjoyed it!
