She gave us great recommendations and was knowledgeable about the menu. We were running late for our reservation and the hostess could not have been more accommodating. We had the tuna crudo and meatballs. Tuna was fresh and the red sauce with the meatballs was chefs kiss* My boyfriend and I have just moved to the area and were excited to check out Prima, the hype is real. Our waiter, Jimmy, was amazing, we ordered all of our food at once and asked Jimmy to pace it out using his judgement. We also asked for recommendations on a fruity/dry Wine pairing, which he did wonderfully and paired with multiple items we ordered. Everything was delicious and the oyster mushrooms were spectacular. To end our meal they brought us over a delicious digestivo and even got us a reservation downstairs at Hecate following our dinner. The hostess's are always very friendly and it is a big PLUS to see MELISSA each time that we have visited which is at lease once a month. The waitstaff is always amazing, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The portion sizes were just right for my husband and I to share and we really enjoyed all the items. The sauces that came with them were so good. We took what we didn't finish to go and enjoyed it at home as well. Now, let's talk about the Fortune Cookie. OMG it had me on their website, Fantastic Fortunes checking out the prices because they were that good. They were so fresh and delicious.
