Best Date Night Restaurants in Lyons

Linger always has great food and drinks! We did have to wait 15 mins over our reservation time of 8pm which was disappointing because we had a strict end time for the evening, and we couldn’t even get drinks while we were waiting because their bar was full.

The bone marrow was excellent! Unfortunately, we filled up on that and the focaccia before our pasta came. The Bolognese and pesto were both excellent and went home with us. Our server Reo was great! We ended with the sticky toffee which was unbelievable.

I wish I didn’t love every bite because that would be more interesting, but I did. LOVED. EVERY. BITE. And the whiskey cocktails were amazing. A delightful experience.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal there. Each course was better than the last! Might not have ordered the halibut or the sirloin and instead paid more attention to the smaller bites. The sauces were amazing, the guacamole out of this world! Highly highly recommend! Service was impeccable, friendly, informative, fun. I’m picky about my margaritas and there’s were amazing! We also tried the avocado. Margarita, delicious! 

This place is an incredible gem… Wonderful and charming atmosphere, great food, warm and appreciative staff. You feel valued as a customer. We love supporting a local owned business who values our patronage. The gift shop is an adorable bonus.
