The Four Seasons, which was the first restaurant in Staffordshire to attain 3 rosettes in 2015, champions first class produce from specialist suppliers backed by sustainable and humane farming methods. Great use is made of the abundance of vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in our own Victorian walled garden and estate-reared venison and rare-breed lamb features on the menu from time to time. Tasting and Vegetarian Tasting menus are offered alongside a Prix Fixe a la carte selection Tuesday to Saturday, whilst on Sundays there is a traditional Sunday lunch menu. A "4 for £40" tasting menu is available Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well as Friday and Saturday lunchtimes. To celebrate our re-opening post lockdown, restaurant diners can enjoy 50% off our flexible bedroom rate every Friday night up until the end of November. It was amazing, people are friendly and warm welcoming. We were served by Shahid and he is a real gentleman. It was our marriage Anniversary and they even celebrated that at last, which was a very nice gesture! Had been in this place before and experiences are always nice!

Wonderful Dining Experience at Piccolino We had an amazing meal at Piccolino. Two of us ordered the tagliatelle with salmon, which was absolutely delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his risotto with smoked haddock, and our friend had a gluten-free pasta dish (though I can’t recall which one) that she also loved. Every main course was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For starters, we shared garlic bread, olives, bruschetta, and arancini — all of which were delightful. To finish, we had the gelato and the panettone bread and butter pudding. The pudding was especially impressive, being both light and flavorful. The service was outstanding, thanks to our lovely server with long hair and glasses. Her warm and friendly personality really made our evening special. Apologies, we can’t remember her name, but she truly enhanced our experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect, making it an all-around excellent experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
