    I love the passion and creativity of the culinary and beverage teams here. The flavor and texture combinations they come up with are brilliant and result in sublime dishes and cocktails. The wood-grilled BBQ mahi with yucca and charred okra was outstanding. The BBQ sauce was deeply flavored with no one flavor popping out - perfectly balanced. The seared Ahi tuna with green papaya salad starter was absolutely brilliant - spicy and sweet and just awesome. This is one of Tampa's very best restaurants.

    Our first time at Fisk….. Beautiful Bistro, friendly & helpful staff, exceptionally clean, great value for money. I ordered the fish pie croquettes and the curry cod, the food was delicious. A young lady called Ocean looked after our every need, she was lovely and we simply can’t wait to go back. *****
