- JJOHNWashington, D.C. Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was a Sunday night before Christmas, the Carolina Panthers had home game so there was an influx of customers. I had reservations and as busy as it seemed I was seated 15 mins before my reservation time. The staff and management know how to move a large crowd through the restaurant. The wait staff was always checking in on us, the time for our meals to arrive was very quick. Hats off to Maggiano's at South Park.More infoMaggiano's - CharlottePrice: Moderate• Italian• South Charlotte•4.3
- KKristinCharlotte •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was our first time and everything was wonderful! The hush puppies were perfect, I loved the beets in Alabama white sauce, the meatloaf was great as well. My partner loved the catfish po’boy and the green beans. We even took the plantain pudding to go and it was such a great take on banana pudding. The cocktails were awesome, and the service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back!! - JJohnVIPCharlotte •172 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was our first visit to Peppervine, and we will certainly be returning. The ambiance is lovely and classy. We were seated in a cozy corner half-booth, and the noise level was perfect for having a conversation. Hope, our server, was attentive and helpful throughout the meal. Cocktails: The Misty Eyed Margarita and the Wild Maple Old-Fashioned were both flavorful and well-crafted. Appetizers: The yeast rolls were warm and delicious. The burrata was also tasty, but at $28 for a small portion, it felt overpriced, especially since it wasn’t served with bread until I requested it. Entrées: While the pasta portions were on the smaller side, everything was expertly prepared and full of flavor. We tried the Bison Bolognese, Mushroom Agnolotti, and Szechuan Beef Bowl - all with thoughtful and deep flavor profiles. Dessert: We ended with the Cranberry Orange Zeppole Donuts, which were very good and a delightful way to finish the meal. Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to returning.More infoPeppervinePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• SouthPark•4.7
- GGaryVIPCharlotte •24 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI had lunch at Napa Providence with a friend, and it was such a nice vibe. We sat out on the heated patio—such a great idea, especially when it’s chilly out. It felt super cozy, and we didn’t want to leave. Our server, Nick, was awesome. He was really on top of things, super helpful, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all—even though we ended up hanging out for a couple of hours just chatting. The food? So good. We both had the Napa salad, which is always light and fresh, and I couldn’t skip the French onion soup. It’s seriously become one of my go-tos. Perfect little bite when you’re not starving but want something warm and comforting.More infoNapa on ProvidencePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Myers Park•4.6
- DDeannaVIPSouth Carolina •11 reviews4.0Dined on 26 Oct 2024Delicious home-styled cooking with a family kitchen feel. We totally enjoyed ourselves. From the service to the meal, we were well taken care of! I know the amazing Chicken is the feature here and it should be! However, I also want to shout out the Kale salad! It was crazy good! The Eagle would be great for solo dining, a meal with friends, or catching a game and a meal in the bar. Great times!More infoThe Eagle - CharlottePrice: Moderate• Southern• Southend•4.5
