Best Restaurants for Business Meals in The Palms Hotel & Casino

The food and staff at Mon Ami Gabi were top notch. Service was quick, friendly and professional. The food we ordered came out quickly and was delicious. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and the outdoor seating has a front row view of the Bellagio fountains. The prices are what you would expect for fine dining on the Las Vegas Strip, overall it was a great experience and I would go again the next time I am in the area.

The table side Caesar salad is a must do and the ribeye steak “fantastic “ Service was the way it should be “outstanding “ Thanks everyone that works there!

Amazing dining experience from beginning to end! Friendly and accommodating service throughout. Our favorite items were the foie gras, beef wellington, braised short rib, and the sticky toffee pudding. I was particularly impressed that some of the items such as the beef wellington and the sticky toffee pudding were distinctly superior here compared to where we had them before at the Pub & Grill. They weren't bad at the Pub & Grill, but were somewhat forgettable. I wasn't sure what the hype was regarding those items before but now I understand after having them at Hell's Kitchen. Would love to come back and will likely visit the Harrah's location near San Diego which is closer to home soon!

Dining at Nobu in Caesar’s Palace was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and attentive care throughout the meal. Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in an unforgettable meal, this spot is well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

On a VERY busy night at the Palms Casino where wait times for most restaurants were 30 minutes plus and the buffet had a super long line, the Laguna located off the casino floor was a very nice peaceful and quiet alternative. The service was great and the food and drinks delicious. One drawback….it closes at 8 pm.
