We started off we our cocktails which were crafted to perfection, my love ordered a limoncello drop martini and I ordered a pineapple Moscow mule the taste of our drinks were sublime. Then we both shared a handcrafted Cesar salad, you can tell everything was made about the salad was in house made and the cuts of romaine was fresh and crisp. For our main course we both decided on something new to our pallets , she had a salmon Favalli and I had to try the squid ink spaghetti, both dishes were amazing the sauce in the salmon dish had a very great note to it , and the squid ink spaghetti in the mushroom sauce was absolutely divine , to finish off our night we share a fresh cannoli and it was very delicious, 12/10 will come back again , I want to try the veal or maybe the filet mignon and she was thinking the gnocchi. The food and service were what you always hope a restaurant of this caliber would be. We would recommend that if you are dining at a busy time of day to arrive early as this is an extremely busy restaurant and center, and the parking lots can completely fill up and the valet can get backed up. Every time and every dish we have experienced at Bluewater Grill has not disappointed. A first class dining experience for an appropriate price.
